Solid State/Flash Drives dangerously difficult to purge of sensitive data

Scientists have found that computer files stored on solid state drives are sometimes impossible to erase using traditional disk erasing techniques.

Even when files report having been deleted as much as 75% of the data may still exist on the flash drive.
